An Elegant Waterfront Dining Experience Benefiting Project Mobility

Join us for an unforgettable evening along the scenic St. Charles riverfront as Project Mobility partners with some of the city's most celebrated restaurants to create a one-of-a-kind culinary experience for the third year.

This multi-course, al fresco dinner showcases a specially prepared course from each participating restaurant, giving guests the opportunity to sample signature flavors from St. Charles' vibrant dining scene while supporting a meaningful local cause.

Guests are encouraged to embrace the evening's "Summer Whites" attire theme as a symbol of their support for Project Mobility and its mission.

The evening begins with a Bubbles & Brews Reception, followed by a six-course dinner expertly paired with craft cocktails. Throughout the night, guests will enjoy live music, a silent auction, and one of the most inspiring moments of the evening, an Adaptive Bike Giveaway presented by Project Mobility.

Experience firsthand how adaptive cycling transforms lives and discover the impact your support makes for children, adults, and veterans with disabilities.

Proceeds from the event help provide adaptive bicycles and life-changing opportunities for individuals with disabilities, empowering them to experience freedom, independence, and inclusion - one bike at a time.

About Us

At Project Mobility, our mission is simple: to change lives one bike at a time.

We believe everyone deserves the freedom, confidence, and joy that comes with riding a bike. Through adaptive cycling, we empower children, adults, and veterans living with disabilities, autism, and cancer to experience greater mobility, independence, and inclusion.

For many recipients, an adaptive bike is more than a piece of equipment. It is a pathway to improved physical health, increased self-esteem, meaningful social connections, and a renewed sense of possibility. While society often focuses on limitations, adaptive cycling opens doors to freedom, opportunity, and adventure.

Through our Adaptive Bike Giveaway Program, Project Mobility has provided more than $300,000 worth of adaptive bicycles to individuals and families in need.

Because adaptive bikes are custom-built to meet each rider's unique needs and abilities, they typically cost $6,000 or more. With the support of our donors, sponsors, and community partners, we are able to make these life-changing bikes accessible to those who need them most.

Together, we are creating a world where everyone has the opportunity to ride, belong, and thrive.

Testimonials

"Maya’s bike from Project Mobility not only changed her life by providing her freedom and the ability to move faster - it changed the life of her family as well. “We can go on family bike rides again,” her mom told me. “It is a family activity we all enjoy and missed.”

It warmed my heart to hear that, and I couldn’t stop smiling while she led us all on a ride along the Fox River. Thank you again for all you do, and for giving my niece such a special gift."
