A multi-course al fresco waterfront dinner highlighting local St. Charles restaurants

Project Mobility is partnering with St. Charles restaurants to prepare one course to be featured at Long Table Dinner event. This is a great way to sample offerings from some of the city’s best restaurants while supporting a great local cause.

Guests are asked to wear “Summer Whites” to represent their support for Project Mobility.

The event will kick off with a Brews & Bubbles Reception followed by dinner featuring live music, a silent auction and an Adaptive Bike Giveaway by Project Mobility. Guests will get to see first-hand what Project Mobility is all about and where the money we raise goes.

About Us

The Mission of Project Mobility is to change lives one bike at a time.

Adaptive Bikes provide life changing mobility, strength, self-esteem and freedom for children, adults and veterans with disabilities, autism and cancer. Cycling restores possibilities to those often told by society that their life is about limitations.

Through our Adaptive Bike Giveaway Program we have given away nearly $250,000 in adaptive bicycles.

Adaptive bikes range in cost from $3,000 - $6,000 depending on the abilities of the individual.

Promote your business while changing lives one bike at a time

Interested in Sponsoring?

The Long Table Dinner guests will have access to your business along with over 11,000 followers on Project Mobility's social media. Sponsoring the Long Table Dinner isn't only a unique and a great return on your investment but your sponsorship fee goes towards a local charity, Project Mobility. This is a great opportunity to promote your business! Exposure can begin as soon as you commit to a sponsor level.

Where Does My Sponsor Fee Go?

Your sponsor fee goes to local nonprofit, Project Mobility. Our mission is to provide the freedom of mobility to children, adults and wounded soldiers with disabilities through adaptive cycling. The Long Table Dinner promotes the freedom of mobility while bringing awareness to those they don't have the opportunity as many of us get to. But with the help of our sponsors we can share this freedom to more children, adults and wounded soldiers. At Project Mobility's Signature Fundraising Events we surprise/present an adaptive bicycle so attendees and sponsors can see first hand what Project Mobility is all about.

Testimonials

"Maya’s bike from Project Mobility not only changed her life by providing her freedom and the ability to move faster - it changed the life of her family as well. “We can go on family bike rides again,” her mom told me. “It is a family activity we all enjoy and missed.”

It warmed my heart to hear that, and I couldn’t stop smiling while she led us all on a ride along the Fox River. Thank you again for all you do, and for giving my niece such a special gift."
