1/3/22 - Due to the new variant of COVID-19, Project Mobility's Long Table Dinner will not take place in 2022. We are hopeful for 2023. We have to take the safety of all guests and can't wait until we can finally host our highly anticipated fundraising event.
Please check back for further details.
*If things get better we MAY be able to host in 2022 but as of January 2022 we do not see this being possible, again please check back or reach out with any questions.
Multi-Course Chef Prepared Dinner at the Popular 1st Street Plaza in Downtown St. Charles
Project Mobility has partnered with the restaurants on 1st Street to prepare one course to be featured at the event. This is a great way to “sample” all the different restaurants 1st Street has to offer while supporting a great local cause.
Guests are asked to wear “summer whites”. Wearing white represents you support Project Mobility.
The event will feature a Champagne Hour (cocktail hour) at the historic Hotel Baker followed by dinner featuring live music, silent auction and Project Mobility’s Adaptive Bike Giveaway. Guests will get to see first-hand what Project Mobility is all about and where the money that is being raised is going to.
Each restaurant will feature one course during the event

Interested in Sponsoring?
The Long Table Dinner guests will have access to your business along with over 11,000 followers on Project Mobility's social media. Sponsoring the Long Table Dinner isn't only a unique and a great return on your investment but your sponsorship fee goes towards a local charity, Project Mobility. This is a great opportunity to promote your business! Exposure can begin as soon as you commit to a sponsor level.
Where Does My Sponsor Fee Go?
Your sponsor fee goes to local nonprofit, Project Mobility. Our mission is to provide the freedom of mobility to children, adults and wounded soldiers with disabilities through adaptive cycling. The Long Table Dinner promotes the freedom of mobility while bringing awareness to those they don't have the opportunity as many of us get to. But with the help of our sponsors we can share this freedom to more children, adults and wounded soldiers. At Project Mobility's Signature Fundraising Events we surprise/present an adaptive bicycle so attendees and sponsors can see first hand what Project Mobility is all about.
"Maya’s bike from Project Mobility not only changed her life by providing her freedom and the ability to move faster - it changed the life of her family as well. “We can go on family bike rides again,” her mom told me. “It is a family activity we all enjoy and missed.”
It warmed my heart to hear that, and I couldn’t stop smiling while she led us all on a ride along the Fox River. Thank you again for all you do, and for giving my niece such a special gift."
